Previous Duties / Tasks as Lean Leader:  Provided direct manufacturing support in a custom weld fabrication shop producing international code quality brazed aluminum heat exchangers and other non-fired pressure vessels used in cryogenic applications for petroleum, air separation and liquefied natural gas (LNG) industries.Served as a LEAN leader in initiatives related to improving productivity and quality in a union shop of +100 code qualified welders and working in 5S teams to streamline production including tool development (AutoCAD Inventor) and implementing safety initiatives.Implemented process and training program attaining the stated quality goals for the first time in 10 years.  Developed statistical and quality reports in support of continuous improvement initiatives in welding functions.
