Manage all shift production for the folding carton plant. Plan and schedule 35 people to print, glue, and ship cartons to meet customer demand and productivity goals. Set company highest monthly productivity record. Set company record for productivity in a year. Trained in SAP, 6 Sigma Yellow belt, Printing, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing. 
       Helped implement Lean Manufacturing in facility as Team Leader of first lean team. Net result: Plant is saving $17,000/month on make ready times. 
       Helped implement change from JDEdwards to SAP. Net Result: Trained all employees, on crew, in SAP. 
       Crew has led facility in exceeding production goals as setting Company records. Net Result: Company has started an expansion project to double the size of current plant.
